Built for 3CX teams

Your 3CX places the call. Throughline CX makes it count.

Throughline CX is the control plane over your 3CX outbound voice: design the logic, enforce compliance before every call, and measure the business outcome it achieved. Hybrid AI where it pays off, deterministic everywhere else, over the telephony you already run.

See it run over your 3CX.

A short walkthrough of the console: design a flow, launch a governed automation with the pre-dial gate in the path, place the calls through 3CX, and read the outcomes it achieved.

Product walkthrough — the shipped console, over your own 3CX stack.

More than a dialer bolted onto 3CX.

3CX’s Call Flow Designer can place and connect calls. It can’t tell you whether a call was allowed, what it achieved, or prove either one afterwards. Throughline CX is the layer that can — and it keeps 3CX exactly where it is.

A 3CX dialer / campaign tool

Reports activity

  • Counts dials and connects; the call list lives in a spreadsheet or database.
  • One step inside someone else’s workflow — no view of who should be reached, or when.
  • DNC, calling windows, and results are left to you, after the fact.
  • Black-box “AI calling” you cannot see, gate, or prove.

Throughline CX, over your 3CX

Measures outcomes

  • Measures declarative business outcomes: “appointment booked,” “payment promised,” “survey completed.”
  • Owns the whole loop in one console: audience → logic → governed run → insights.
  • Compliance enforced in the path, before each call, with an audit trail.
  • Hybrid by design: AI as governed components inside flows you can see and version.

Outcomes, not call logs.

A dialer reports that calls happened. Throughline CX records what each call achieved — a declarative business result, measured by an intelligence layer and rolled up into analytics you can act on.

 The pre-dial gate

Compliance happens before the call, not in a report.

For every due contact, the rules you configure run before 3CX places the call: suppression and Do-Not-Call lists, the contact’s local-time calling window, per-contact frequency caps, and a live concurrency ceiling. Anything that fails is skipped or rescheduled — it is never reached — and every decision leaves an auditable record.

Enforced in the path, today

The guardrails are yours to set; the enforcement and the proof are ours to run. We describe the real controls — we don’t sell a certification we don’t hold or a guarantee we can’t make.

Hybrid AI · controlled · cost-efficient

AI where it pays off. Deterministic everywhere else.

The market floods with black-box “AI calling” that runs a model on every call — ungovernable, and expensive by the minute. Throughline CX is hybrid by conviction: a deterministic, versioned flow is the backbone, and AI is a governed component you place exactly where it earns its keep.

Deterministic backbone

Visual flows of typed steps — speak, ask, branch, transfer, call an API, record a result. Versioned, inspectable, and predictable, so most of every run is logic you can read, not a model you have to trust.

Available today

AI where it pays

Natural, multi-language AI-generated speech inside the flow today. AI-driven decisioning and conversation are on the path — added as governed nodes you can see, gate, version, and prove, never a black box.

On the path

Cost you control

You decide where AI runs, so you don’t pay for a model on calls that don’t need one — deterministic logic is cheap, AI is metered to where it matters. And you bring your own 3CX and providers, so there’s no telephony markup.

Bring your own stack

How it works

From audience to outcome, over your 3CX.

Four objects, one throughline. They are channel-agnostic by design; 3CX is the voice surface they run on today, not the foundation.

01 · Flow

The logic

A visual graph of typed steps: speak, ask, branch, transfer, call an API, record a result. Versioned and published.

02 · Audience

Who to reach

Imported, segmentable contacts with the columns you bring, fed into the logic as live variables.

03 · Automation

The governed run

One flow pointed at one audience, paced and scheduled, placed through your 3CX — pausable, and durable across restarts.

04 · Outcomes

What it achieved

Declarative business results, measured by an intelligence layer and surfaced in analytics: achievement, not throughput.

Trust & control

Built to be demonstrated, not just asserted.

The real controls, described plainly — no unearned certifications, no compliance guarantees.

Bring your own 3CX

Throughline CX runs beside your telephony and providers; your 3CX, voice, and data stay yours.

Tenant isolation

Row-level isolation on a non-privileged role — a property you can demonstrate, not just claim.

Encrypted credentials

Per-tenant encrypted provider credentials, so the keys to your stack are never shared.

Durable & auditable

Durable execution that survives failures, and immutable records of what ran and why.

Straight answers

Questions 3CX teams ask.

Does Throughline CX work with 3CX?

Yes. 3CX is the supported telephony integration today — you bring your 3CX and providers, and Throughline CX adds the governance, outcomes, and hybrid-AI layer over it. Other telephony systems aren’t supported yet, and we say so rather than imply otherwise.

Is this an auto-dialer?

No — it is not an auto-dialer. Your 3CX places and connects the calls; Throughline CX is the control plane that decides who to reach, when, whether each call is allowed, and what it achieved. It governs outbound voice; it doesn’t replace your PBX.

How is compliance enforced?

A pre-dial gate runs the rules you configure before every call — suppression and DNC lists, local-time calling windows, per-contact frequency caps, and a concurrency ceiling — and skips or reschedules anything that fails, leaving an auditable record. You set the guardrails; the platform enforces them and proves it. We don’t make compliance guarantees on your behalf.

What does the AI do, and what does it cost to run?

Today, AI shows up as natural, multi-language AI-generated speech inside otherwise deterministic flows. Because you choose exactly where AI runs, you don’t pay for a model on calls that don’t need one — and because you bring your own 3CX and providers, there’s no telephony markup. AI-driven decisioning and conversation are on the path, added as governed nodes.
